Vintage Maine Coastal Cooking Down East Recipes Dating From 1664 15th Edition

This is a local Down East Seafood Cookbook with recipes dating from the 1664. It also includes an additional 24 pages of the Accomplisht Cook, or, The whole Art and Mystery of Cookery, fitted for all Degrees and Qualities, taking one back to 1664 when Maine was a part of Massachusetts, and even back to England.

It is in very good condition. These are all seafood recipes, as this is a fishing and lobstering community in Maine.
