This is a local Seafood Cookbook from the 1970s by the Bailey Island Fire Department Auxilliary in Maine. It is in very good condition. These are all seafood recipes, as this is a fishing and lobstering community in Maine. There is a Crab Bisque recipe from the Mackerel Cove Restaurant!
