This Maine Crows and Wooden Star Card is designed and handmade by local illustrator, Kal Betts. The seasonal Solstice winter card includes Crows, Poinsettias, a wooden star evocative of Yule, Wicca, witchy magic with candles and snow!

Kal was born and raised on Bailey Island in a family of many generations of local lobstermen. After graduating from Mt. Ararat High School in 2002, his studies took him overseas where he earned his dual British/American BA/BFA at Regent's University London, England. He has been back from "away" since 2008 and works from his home office on Orr's Island as a graphic designer and illustrator.
