Refund Policy

We will accept cancellations on the same day of order before an item is posted.

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns on fabric. Copyright laws do not allow returns for cross stitch leaflets/charts, needlework designs, kits or downloads. If there is a problem with your order, please email us so we can resolve the issue.

PROOF OF DAMAGE MUST BE PROVIDED OR WE CANNOT REPLACE OR REFUND YOU! The USPS requires photos that clearly show the extent of damage. For damage claims, USPS requires you to hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. Please do not reship the package.
